Shipping & Delivery Policies
Singapore
Free shipping for all purchases. Your order will arrive within 2-4 business days from the date of your purchase.

*We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Camps, Hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore
Malaysia
Free shipping for all purchases made for West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days (depending on your location) from the date of your purchase.

*Additional charges may apply for orders made for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
Vietnam
Free shipping for all purchases. Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days (depending on your location) from the date of your purchase.
Rest of the World
We literally ship to everywhere. You call it; we ship it and drop it to you.
For International Shipping, your orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of purchase, pending availability of the courier and payment verification. We ship all of our international orders via DHL, UPS or FEDEX and you will receive your order within 3-15 business days depending on your location.

Tailored & Custom-Fit Orders
All custom-fit garments from Edith’s Moda are individually handcrafted at Edith’s Tactile House in Vietnam.

Because each piece is made to order based on your specific measurements, production will require additional time. We appreciate your patience and understanding—each garment is made with intention, precision, and care.

If your order contains only custom-fit items, shipping is fully covered. Once your garments are complete, we will ship them to you at no cost.

If your order includes both custom-fit and ready-to-wear items, we now ship in two parts—at no extra charge.
- Your ready-to-wear items will be sent first, as soon as they are available.
- Your custom-fit garments will follow in a second delivery once they are completed.
- Both parcels will be shipped to you free of charge.

To ensure a flawless fit, we offer one-time complimentary alterations for custom-fit garments. Should your piece require adjustment:
- You may return the item to us; however, the return shipping cost from you to our atelier will be at your own expense.
- Once we receive and alter the item, we will cover the shipping cost to send it back to you.
This service includes one free alteration and one-way return shipping from us back to you.

Who pays for taxes and import duty on my purchase?
International customers are responsible for any custom duties.
Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid).
Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with your local regulations.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arrange.

We are unable to modify your delivery address or information once your order has been placed.
