Tailored Sizing & Cancellation Policy
We offer Custom Fit / Tailored Sizing to ensure your outfit is made just for you. This page provides an overview of how our customization process works, including sizing consultations, production timelines, and our cancellation policy.
Since each tailored piece is crafted to your unique measurements, it is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we do offer a structured cancellation policy within specific timeframes before production begins.
Each tailored order also includes one-time free alteration with free shipping (One-way), should you need any adjustment after receiving your item.

Our Tailored Policy
How It Works
1. Select & Purchase
• Choose the “Tailored” option on the product page.
• Add the item to your cart and complete your payment at checkout.
• Your order is now confirmed!
2. Tailor Consultation (Within 24 Hours)
• Our tailor will contact you within 24 hours via email and phone number (WhatsApp) that you have provided at checkout.
• You may choose to respond via email or WhatsApp—whichever channel you use first will become our fixed communication method.
3. Personalized Online Sizing
• Our tailor will guide you through the measurement process.
• You may be asked to provide:
• Your body measurements (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.).
• A reference photo (optional) of you wearing a similar outfit to ensure vision precision.
4. Production Begins
• Once your measurements are confirmed, our tailor starts crafting your piece from scratch.
• Our tailors do not use current stocks and made alteration to your measurement. We handmade it from the beginning as a new piece that is personalized to you only.
• No further changes or cancellations can be made beyond this point.
• Your custom-fit order will be completed and shipped within 5 to 14 working days depending on your dedicated tailor's schedule.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Once ready, your item will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Cancellation & Refund
Since custom-fit pieces are made specifically for you, we have a structured refund policy based on the order’s progress:
1. Within 24 Hours of Purchase
• You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
• A 90% refund will be issued, with 10% deducted to cover processing and administrative costs.
2. After the Tailor Has Contacted You
• If the tailor has already reached out to you via email, phone or WhatsApp for your sizing, you can still cancel, but only for a 70% refund.
• This deduction covers the administrative and consultation time of the assigned tailor out from her production schedule for the initial preparation of your order.
3. Once Production Has Started
• After your measurements are confirmed and tailoring begins, cancellation is no longer allowed.
• No refunds will be provided at this stage, as the item is already in production.

Shipping & Alteration Policy
All custom-fit garments from Edith’s Moda are individually handcrafted at Edith’s Tactile House in Vietnam.

Because each piece is made to order based on your specific measurements, production will require additional time. We appreciate your patience and understanding—each garment is made with intention, precision, and care.

If your order contains only custom-fit items, shipping is fully covered. Once your garments are complete, we will ship them to you at no cost.

If your order includes both custom-fit and ready-to-wear items, we now ship in two parts—at no extra charge.
- Your ready-to-wear items will be sent first, as soon as they are available.
- Your custom-fit garments will follow in a second delivery once they are completed.
- Both parcels will be shipped to you free of charge.

To ensure a flawless fit, we offer one-time complimentary alterations for custom-fit garments. Should your piece require adjustment:
- You may return the item to us; however, the return shipping cost from you to our atelier will be at your own expense.
- Once we receive and alter the item, we will cover the shipping cost to send it back to you.
This service includes one free alteration and one-way return shipping from us back to you.
